Summary

Old, worn flooring can drag down the feel of any living space. This project called for a full replacement, giving a fresh start with luxury vinyl plank for 729 square feet of living area and closets.

The Work

Removed and disposed of existing non-adhered flooring
Scraped, swept, and inspected the subfloor for a smooth base
Installed underlayment and luxury vinyl plank throughout
Added quarter round trim and transition moldings for a finished look

The Outcome

The new LVP flooring brightened up the rooms and hallways, bringing a consistent look from one space to the next. Everything feels cleaner and more modern, with surfaces that are easy to care for every day.
